I had a c-section with my first pregnancy when I had twins. Now that I am on my second pregnancy I would like to try to do natural birth since I had a bad experience with the c section the first time around. I am getting advice from family members to go ahead and do a c-section which I am really against at this point. Im basicall asking other parents out there who have had both types procedures, who could shed a little more light into what I am trying to do. Thanks

I want to eat healthy. What’s the freaking bible of healthy food eating ? The black book, the manuscript ! I want one that includes some recipes as well though not necesarily. But something made by a thoroughly documented person, not some best selling fitness instructor who has written a book on food after reading a book on how to be a succesful fitness instructor. Can you recommend a healthy eating plan for weight loss?

So I’m ready. I have the treadmill, the running shoes and the mp3 filled with good beats….the only thing missing is a healthy eating plan. I called a nutritionist and she charges $95 per visit! What kind of non sense is that! just so she can tell me to switch my potato chips for carrots sticks!
I’m looking for a eating plan that would break down meals and snacks, list calories etc.
If you know a book like this it would be great. Thanks!
