What do you do for a headache during first trimester?
I am 5 weeks pregnant and had a horrible headache last night! I didn’t take anything, just dealt with it. It felt like my head was going to pop off. Is this common, and what can I do to relieve it?

Number of small pet animals get diseases like tapeworm and more, but can there can be at least more than 1 small pet that can’t get worms easily, and diseases, or tumors… What is it? If you tell me what and the info on it i’d be happy, because my parents don’t won’t something that dies quickly by anything..
Does anything like worms and diseases affect you and pets.

Yes there are supplements, which can help you. But it depends what you expect. Supplements don’t make miracles. If you want to take this supplement, do nothing and waiting for weight loss results, you will be disappointed.

I suggest you to buy yourself some fitness and bodybuilding supplements.

I like Eagle Fitness in Liberty. It’s small and nobody knows you and they leave you alone and they have great work out equipment. That’s where I’d go!

Headache. Your body will be cleansing itself of toxins. Drink plenty of spring water during this time, and try to fast at least 3 days. It is good for you. Take it easy!

I am trying to lose 10 pounds and create a healthier lifestyle for myself and so I was wondering if anyone had an healthy tips that worked for them. FYI, I am not obese or even overweight, I am a college athlete and I want to lose weight and up my game to help improve my performance, not to mention look better so please no answers that just say get up off my butt, I already do that.

You probably don’t need anymore exercise since you are an athlete already. Just make sure that you keep your calorie intake between 1500-2000 calories per day. You should always start out with breakfast because that gets your metabolism going and you can start to burn fat.Obviously avoid the fattening food and high carbs. I know exactly what your talking about because I would like to loose 10lbs. myself. I am not fat either . I am 5*8 and weight 137′bs. Well, maybe I don’t want to quite loose 10 lbs. but 7lbs. would be great. Just make sure you keep active and watch your calorie intake. I know it can be hard because my weakness is desert and I have to have a lot of will power since we have a lot of sweets in the house. Good luck to you.
