I am trying to get to a healthier weight and I was wondering if there is a safe and healthy supplement that will work. Or are the supplements just a waste of money?

Yes there are supplements, which can help you. But it depends what you expect. Supplements don’t make miracles. If you want to take this supplement, do nothing and waiting for weight loss results, you will be disappointed.
But there are supplements, which can help your fat loss efforts and even help you to lose fats in definite body areas.
Escape to buy “magic pills”, which promise you fast and easy results.
I suggest you to buy yourself some fitness and bodybuilding supplements.
Such as:
1) L-carnitine – it helps you to burn more fats during your cardio.
2) L-glutamine – it keeps your muscles untouched during tough and long diet.
3) Yohimbine – it is known as supplement, which increase libido, but it is also used to achieve Spot reduction (lose fats on definite areas).
4) Many other type of tees – green tea, black tea – these are thermogenetics and fatburners.
