Lemon and other fruits stimulate your body to cleanse itself a bit, true. Skip the sugar though.

Yes but it is not actually leamonade it is more like a pinch of lemon juice in water. You shouldnt do it fo rmore than 3 days in a row and only do it once a month

Lemon is a great detoxifying agent.

Adding it to your diet will help you maintain proper digestion and elimination.

i prefer to fast for a day and take a handful of laxatives and a few tablespoons of syrup of ipecac

try the pedigree diet – go to the pet store, buy pedigree dog food, and put the nuggets in your pocket. Any time you get hungry, pop a few nuggets to curb your appetite. The dog food has all the vitamins and minerals you need.

The only draw back is you end up in the middle of the street licking your own balls.

lemonade contains alot of sugar, so i cannot see it doing any cleansing unless it was just pure lemon with no sugar…

it dosen’t make u lose weight by itself.by drinking natural lemonade as a part of a healthy diet(lemon removes toxines from ur body)u can achieve that.

I don’t know about the total benefits of lemon juice (lemonade), but also a spoonful of apple cider vinegar in a tall glass of water is healthy for us, as it helps dissolve kidney stones, etc. among other health benefits, such as settling a slightly upset stomach, easing ‘heart burn’, and I forget what all. Adding a spoon of honey to this is also helpful, they say (they being health-addicts, like me). Oh, yes, vinegar helps slow the body digestion of sugar, if you are a diabetic this may be of benefit, also. Good luck.

If you want the ultimate system cleansing, try Colon-Blo. Just rememer to camp no more than about 12-step from a toilet. When it finally hits, 13-steps away may be one to many.

honestly, it looks all great and people say it works but its really unhealthy.
its basically a liquid consumsion only and pooing a lot.
but it gives you 1200 a day if taken properly.

you can do this a lot easier and still eat solid food. if you just eat 1200 calories a day you will lose the weight.

side affects with the lemonade diet are dizziness vommiting diareah and other unpleasent things.

i suggest finding out what your daily calorie intake is and eat less. and drink lots of water.

oh and if you want to cleanse your body, try a detox tea.
