is fasting even healthy for the body? doesn’t the body go into starvation mode, and the next tiime you eat something , it automatic stores it as fat, because it isn’t sure, when it is gonna get food again!?

I fast once a month, for 3 days, first Friday-Sunday of each month. I consume only fresh juices that I juice myself from organic fruit. I drink green tea too. No food, just 6-8 glasses of juice and 2-3 cups of tea per day.

I’ve never used Metamucil, but will sometimes drink “laxative” teas. I will try the Metamucil in my juices.
