@berryblitz07 there’s no way you can ever compare the fatties in the US with the fatties in Mexico. The obese in the US are way bigger, some can hardly walk. Plus, people in Mexico have a tinier frame.

@nansflicks Cheese today isn’t natural by any means. With added hormones,antibiotics, and a mess of other nasty things they pump into animals today, I’d highly suggest you AVOID dairy at all costs.

Actually fibre (carb) is what keeps you full.
The ‘carbs make you fat’ fad needs to be corrected. People get fat from carbs becos they eat them in excess, loaded with sugar and fat. Of course no-one recognises this and they on a cut carb phase not realising that any weight loss is due to the cut in calories.
You’re healthier than your friends becos u have a better diet. There are no studies that prove no carb diets are healthier; in fact most scientists advocate the opposite

Yep that is true, there is nothing wrong with cheese. I eat some every day: but only the really fatty kind. None of that no-fat-crap. Less carbs, enough proteins and LOTS of good natural fat (in meat, cheese, cream and other dairy, oils, nuts, avocado etc.). I am 58 kg and completely healthy, much healthier than my non-fat dieting friends! My meals are nutritious and filling, while they have the urge to snack all the time. The more fat and the less carbs food has, the longer it keeps you full.

Cheese isn’t junk food…it’s real, natural food with lots of calcium and other nutrients. You just can’t eat so much of it because it’s calorie-dense.
